  • Job Details
  • RTO after booking is not allowed and is not allowed to be worked out onsite. Any call offs or additional RTO on unit, could possibly turn into a cancel and DNR.
  • Minimum Years of Experience: 1
  • Will accept 13 week contracts.
  • Call Requirement: NO
  • Float Requirement: NO
  • Weekend Requirement: NO
  • Target Ratios:
  • Shift: 5x8s; Nights Mon-Fri, 230-11 on Mon and 1030p- 7a Tues -Fri
  • Contract staff will be assigned and expected to work a Storm Team and/or Hurricane Team. Contract staff may be required to report to work during a catastrophic event, mass casualty or disaster.
    • Job Requirements
    • Skills: abdomen, pelvis, head and neck, spine, musculoskeletal, diffusion (non-brain), gradient echo imaging, MIP, MRP, peripheral magnetic resonance, spin echo images, surface coils, T1 and T2, CINE.
    • Certs: BLS, ARRT
      • Additional Details
      • Required accounting documents including W4, I9, Driver's License/State ID, Voided Check, Emergency Contact Form, EOE Forms, and Arbitration Agreement.
      • Photo ID required - Passport or Drivers License.
