Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bilingual Collections Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
Increase the collection of outstanding payments within the personal
finance department
Identify accounts with overdue payments and find solutions to bring
loans to a current status
Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly collection and metric goals
Required Qualifications:
1-2 years of direct experience in credit and collections
Knowledgeable in sales, negotiation, and persuasion tools
Prior telemarketing experience with financial products
preferred
Bilingual in English and Spanish required
Self-motivated and extremely goal-oriented
