Job Description:
A company is looking for a Group Service Representative to
support Account Managers in achieving sales retention and growth
goals.
Key Responsibilities
Assist Account Managers in coordinating renewal activities and open
enrollment processes
Monitor and ensure implementation of renewals by preparing
necessary documentation and following up on accuracy
Respond to inquiries from brokers, clients, and members regarding
sales/service questions and issues
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED; Associate's degree preferred
Minimum two years of experience in a sales/service environment,
preferably in managed care or health insurance
Valid California Life Agent license or ability to obtain within 45
days of hire
Familiarity with Health Net systems, products, and procedures
preferred
