Location: Myrtle Beach Chevrolet Cadillac
Salary: $80,000 per year
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM, Alternating Saturdays 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Position Overview:
Myrtle Beach Chevrolet Cadillac is looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Parts Counter Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the automotive industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch service to customers. As a Parts Counter Associate, you will assist customers in identifying and purchasing the right parts and accessories for their vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers in locating and purchasing parts and accessories for their vehicles.
Accurately process orders and handle part requests in person and over the phone.
Maintain an organized and clean parts counter area.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
Assist in inventory control and ensure accurate stock levels.
Work closely with the Parts Manager and Service Department to ensure timely and efficient parts supply.
Provide technical advice to customers about automotive parts and products.
Ensure the proper handling of returned parts in compliance with dealership policies.
Stay knowledgeable about new parts, products, and technologies.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in automotive parts sales or as a Parts Counter Associate is preferred.
Strong knowledge of automotive parts and their applications.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Basic computer skills and experience with inventory management systems.
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree or technical training is a plus).
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
