Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Operations Coordinator to
support customer accounts and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for customer accounts, managing
renewals and account health
Conduct customer meetings to handle requests and provide training
on the platform
Coordinate internal efforts to address customer needs and assist
with operational tasks
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in direct customer interactions, preferably
in customer success or sales roles
Proficiency in data analysis, particularly with Microsoft Excel or
Google Sheets
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes
effectively
Experience in customer-facing roles emphasizing customer
satisfaction and engagement
Self-motivated and able to work both independently and
collaboratively in a team environment
