Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Call Center Associate to
assist patients and healthcare providers with inquiries related to
a pharmaceutical patient assistance program.
Key Responsibilities
Answer high-volume inbound calls and make outbound calls to assist
patients and healthcare providers
Utilize training and resources to address program-related questions
and complete necessary documentation
Meet performance goals and adhere to work schedule and attendance
policies
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required
1-2 years of customer service experience required; call center
experience preferred
Ability to work from home with a dedicated workspace and reliable
internet connection
Successful completion of a background check is required
Flexibility to work assigned shifts between 8:00am - 8:00pm EST,
Monday to Friday
