Job Description:
A company is looking for a Claims Recovery Specialist to join
their Payment Integrity team.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and investigate claims data to identify overpayment
causes
Communicate with healthcare providers to recover identified
overpayments
Maintain accurate records of claim status and correspondence using
designated software systems
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in claims processing, auditing, or
healthcare operations
2+ years of recovery and/or billing experience
2+ years of experience working with large data sets using Excel or
similar tools
Experience in customer service and/or provider communication
