Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Become a subject-matter expert on RunMyJobs and develop engaging
training content
Collaborate with Instructional Designers to create tailored
learning programs for customers and partners
Regularly update training materials based on product changes and
feedback from stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
3-5 years of experience in creating product-focused training
content or technical writing
Experience with complex software solutions, preferably in B2B
infrastructure
Ability to adapt to new technologies and methods in training
delivery
Experience with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus
