strategic design and delivery of benefits programs in the U.S. and
Canada.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the strategic management of benefit plans, ensuring
competitiveness and compliance
Act as the primary liaison with brokers and vendors to optimize
benefits offerings
Own the execution of benefits-related projects and develop scalable
processes for operational excellence
Required Qualifications
10+ years of progressive experience in benefits management with a
focus on strategic planning
Expertise in compliance requirements and industry best practices
for global benefits administration
Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex
data
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Deep understanding of benefits technology platforms and tools
