Job Description:
A company is looking for an Inside Edtech Success Representative
to promote customer success and support college-level faculty and
administrators.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain an understanding of digital products and
learning science
Utilize Salesforce and Gainsight for managing sales pipelines and
customer tracking
Conduct training and support sessions for customers to enhance
their experience with digital products
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
1-2 years of experience in customer success or software
implementation
Experience using Salesforce and Gainsight is preferred
Instructional design, teaching, or coaching experience is a
plus
Ability to excel in a remote work environment
