Job Description:
A company is looking for a Recruiter to help build their team in
a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment, ensuring a smooth candidate
experience
Proactively source and maintain relationships with top talent
Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and
optimize hiring processes
Required Qualifications
2+ years of full-cycle, high volume recruiting experience
Experience recruiting for multiple functions, including GTM and
non-GTM roles
Strong sourcing skills and experience building diverse
pipelines
Proficient with Greenhouse or similar ATS tools
Must be located in the United States and authorized to work without
Visa sponsorship
