Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Maven Roofing

Your mission: Convert inbound calls into booked appointments, follow up with leads, and ensure every homeowner is scheduled for a consultation with our expert team.

What You'll Do:

Handle inbound calls with confidence and professionalism - You're not just answering the phone; you're building trust and excitement.

Convert calls into scheduled appointments - Your goal is to ensure every qualified lead results in a booked roofing inspection.

Master our scripts & sales techniques - You'll be trained on high-performance call handling to increase booking rates.

Follow up with unscheduled leads - We don't let potential customers slip through the cracks.

Confirm appointments & reduce cancellations - Ensure homeowners are home and ready for their consultation.

Be the expert on our process - Educate homeowners on our services, warranties, and what sets Maven Roofing apart.
