Key Responsibilities
Meet daily goal of 85 calls per day and assist clients with medical
records requests
Ensure accurate and detailed notes in Med-Release for all actions
taken
Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships
with customers
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Proficient computer skills with software applications such as
Microsoft Office
Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties effectively
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
