• Employment Type: TravelGenie Healthcare is looking for a RN to work in MedSurg for a 13 weeks travel assignment located in Wilmington, NC for the Shift (3x12 nights, 19:00:00-07:00:00, 12.00-3).Pay and benefits packages are estimated based on client bill rate at time the job was posted. These rates are subject to change.Exact pay and benefits vary based on several things, including, but not limited to, guaranteed hours, client changes in bill rate, experience, etc.Benefits: Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, 401(k) with company matching (50% up to 6% of what you contribute)REQUIRED SKILLS / CERTS /2 years
  Traveler Experience: Not required

  Certs: ACLS and BLS
  
  PREFERRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP: NIH, Neuro exp preferred, Experience/willing to learn the charge nurse role preferred
  
  JOB DETAILS:
  Ratios: 1:6
  Shift: NIGHT 36 or 48 hours accepted. If 48, then no OT billed until after 48 hours.
  13-26 weeks accepted
  RTO: 7 days MAX;
  RTO after booking is not allowed and is not allowed to be worked out onsite. Any call offs or additional RTO on unit, could possibly turn into a cancel and DNR.
  
  Float Requirement: yes, travelers float first
  Weekend Requirement: every other weekend
  
  Contract staff will be assigned and expected to work a Storm Team and/or Hurricane Team. Contract staff may be required to report to work during a catastrophic event, mass casualty or disaster. Consolidation to the Centralized Office mid contract may occur and the contract staff may be preassigned to units as needed.
  
  PATIENT DIAGNOSES: General medicine, focus on neuro
  
  UNIT SYSTEMS (Medication, Documentation, Communication): Pyxis, EPIC, SBAR
  
  SCHEDULING TYPE: Manager Schedules
