a travel nursing job in Wilmington, North Carolina.Job Description
& Requirements
Minimum Years of Experience: Must have 2 years of surgical unit
experience.
Ratios: 1:6 for floor for surgical/medicine inpatient patients.
Must have 2 years of experience in the specialty
Must be licensed in NC/compact state.
SPECIAL PROCEDURES / UNIT DETAILS: Wide range of any inpatient
surgical procedure, as well as trauma: Cholecystectomy,
Appendectomy, Hernia Repair, TURP, Ostomy Creation or Closure,
Wound Debridement, Tumor Removal, Kidney Stone Removal,
Amputations, Fem Pop Bypass
SPECIAL EQUIPMENT: Wound Vacs, Chest Tubes, NG tube/Corpak, JP
Drains, Hemovac Drains, Penrose Drains.
SPECIAL EQUIPMENT: Wound Vacs, Chest Tubes, NG tube/Corpak, JP
Drains, Hemovac Drains, Penrose Drains
Certification: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
