  • Job Summary: Radiology / Cardiology position at Novant Health New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington, North Carolina.
  • Minimum Years of Experience: 1 year; busy 3 linac site with all Varian linacs (True Beam, Halcyon and 21iX).
  • Traveler Experience: Unit accepts 1st time travelers.
  • Skills: Adult Outpatient, CBCT/kV/mV imaging, Benign Brain Tumors, Craniospinal, Gynecomastia, Heterotopic Bone, IMRT, Prostate Cancer with Seeds/Fiducials, Stereotactic Radiosurgery, Superior Vena Cava, ARIA, TrueBeam, Chart check, Isolation Precautions, Radiation Safety.

    • Certifications: ARRT T, BLS
    • State License Requirements: Valid North Carolina state license required.
      • Schedule Information
      • Shift: 0800-1700 (5x8's)
      • Sometimes flex start times due to volume changes.
        • Unit Specific Information
        • Unit Orientation: Orientation is per machine and therapists always work with a partner.
          • Additional Details
          • AHA or American Red Cross Only for BLS certification.
          • AHA-RQI and AHA instructor cards are acceptable.
          • Required for Telephone Triage/Call Center.
