A company is looking for an Independent Social Worker (LISW) to
provide outpatient services through a telehealth program.
Key Responsibilities
Provide outpatient therapy services via telehealth
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans
Collaborate with peers and supervisors to enhance service
delivery
Required Qualifications
Active Ohio independent licensure (LISW, LPCC, LIMFT or
equivalent)
Master's level degree in a relevant field
Eligibility to work in the United States
Ability to maintain a private workspace for patient
confidentiality
Meets background and regulatory requirements
