• Employment Type: Local ContractJob Details: Job Title: Interventional Radiology Location: Wilmington, NC 28401 Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 07:00 AM - 05:00 PM Requirements: --- Computed tomography, GE Innova IGS, Siemens, Ultrasound, Perform EKG lead placement, Recognition of life-threatening arrhythmias, Previous Charge Experience, Trauma Level I Experience. --- Certs: ARRT and BLS is required. --- Interventional body procedures: port, pleurx, gastrostomy tube, nephrostomy tube and perm cath placements; embolizations for bleeding, fibroids; liver cancer treatment/SIRT, chemo embolization. Trauma Level I procedures (splenic, liver, pelvic bleeds) --- Acute inpatient population, ED emergent population, and outpatient routine procedures; bleeds, cancer, end of life, fibroids, vascular disease, urological comorbidities, failure to thrive. Requirements: --- Maintains equipment, Stocks supplies, Angioplasty, Chest Tube Placement, Embolization, Gastrostomy Tube Placement, Inferior Vena Cava (IVC) filter placement, Liver Biopsy, Mesenteric Angiogram, Stent placement, Thoracentesis, Catheter/drain exchange, Cystoscopy, Embolization, Gastrostomy, Internal/external biliary drainage, Nephrostomy, Percutaneous transhepatic cholangiogram, Renal Artery Stent Placement, Ureteral Stent Placement, Angioplasty, Central Venous Access/Port Placement, Central Venous Access (non-Tunneled/PICC lines), Central Venous Access (Tunneled Port), PICC Lines- Care and Maintenance, Central Venous Lines- Care and Maintenance, Fluoroscopy, Accurate monitoring, Equipment set up, Prep access site, Room circulator, Scrub- maintain sterile field, Isolation Precautions, Use of Rapid Response team.Expedite Healthcare Solutions Inc.
