Job Description:
Seeking a Pediatric Hospitalist to provide 24-hour Locums
coverage in North Carolina! Coverage Needed:July 30 at 7am- August
12 at 7amMust come in the day before first shift for
orientation.Potential ongoing needs. Details:Locums provider will
be required to come in and round, etc, then to be on call. Locums
provider may have to see patients in the emergency department and
admit pediatric patients. Locums provider will not be required to
stay in the hospital.Inpatient only
Average Total Inpatient Census: 5
Average # of patients/day/provider: 2
Average # of admissions/day/provider: 2BLS/PALS/NRP required
No ICU/Critical Care Procedures
Responds to Codes10 bed pediatric unitCoverage of New born nursery,
scheduled C-sections, & deliveries
Not required to remain on site during call be within 30 minutes of
