Physical Therapist Opportunity

MLR Healthcare is looking for a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join a well-respected hospital near Myrtle Beach, SC. This is a full-time, permanent, direct-hire position, ideal for a therapist with inpatient experience who is passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. The position offers a generous $15,000 sign-on bonus and up to $7,500 in relocation assistance.

  • Patient Evaluation: Perform thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities to develop customized treatment plans that address their specific needs.
  • Therapeutic Interventions: Implement therapeutic exercises and treatments to help patients regain strength, mobility, and overall physical function.
  • Collaboration: Work in partnership with a multidisciplinary team-including physicians, nurses, and fellow therapists-to ensure a cohesive and effective patient care approach.
  • Progress Tracking: Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery and outcomes.
  • Patient & Family Education: Provide patients and their families with guidance on exercises and techniques to continue rehabilitation beyond discharge. Qualifications:
    • Experience: Inpatient experience is required.
    • Licensure: Must hold an active Physical Therapist license in South Carolina or a valid compact license.
    • Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities are essential. Benefits:
