  • Job Details
  • RTO after booking is not allowed and is not allowed to be worked out onsite. Any call offs or additional RTO on unit, could possibly turn into a cancel and DNR.
  • Ratios: 1:6 flex based on needs in organization
  • Shift: 12hr NIGHTS
  • 36 hours ONLY
  • Unit will accept contracts from 13 weeks+ up to March 15, 2025 (hard stop) to get the unit through the holidays!!
  • ***RTO: 7 days MAX for Aya Auto Offer***
  • Float Requirement: Yes, traveler will work with the CNRO(Centralized Resource Nursing Pool). Float Pool currently covers three separate campuses.
  • PATIENT DIAGNOSES: Floating between several medical, surgical, and telemetry units. Assisting in caring for patients held in our ED who are inpatient.
  • SPECIAL PROCEDURES / UNIT DETAILS: ***Contract staff may be required to care for patients with COVID. During times of increased census typical ratios may be higher. Contract staff will be assigned and expected to work a Storm Team and/or Hurricane Team.
  • UNIT SYSTEMS: PYXIS, EPIC, SBAR.
  • SCHEDULING TYPE: based on scheduling gaps
  • UNIT ORIENTATION: 24hrs (2 shifts)
  • SCRUBS: Navy
    • Job Requirements
    • Minimum Years of Experience: 1 year
    • Traveler Experience: REQUIRED, Unit WILL NOT ACCEPT 1st Time Travelers
    • Locals Accepted / Rate Difference: Yes
    • Skills: 1 year Med/Surg
    • Certs: BLS
      • Schedule Information
      • Shift: 12hr NIGHTS
      • 36 hours ONLY

      • Weekend Requirement: every other weekend
      • Float Requirement: Yes, traveler will work with the CNRO (Centralized Resource Nursing Pool).
      • Staff are notified 2hrs before the start of the shift.
      • Candidates will float all medical/Surgical floors
        • Unit Specific Information
        • SPECIAL PROCEDURES / UNIT DETAILS: **Contract staff may be required to care for patients with COVID. During times of increased census typical ratios may be higher. Contract staff will be assigned and expected to work a Storm Team and/or Hurricane Team.
        • UNIT SYSTEMS: PYXIS, EPIC, SBAR.
          • Additional Details
          • Contract staff will be assigned and expected to work a Storm Team and/or Hurricane Team.
          • Contract staff may be required to report to work during a catastrophic event, mass casualty or disaster.
          • Consolidation to the Centralized Office mid contract may occur and the contract staff may be preassigned to units as needed.
