YOUR MISSION:

Procurement & Inventory Mastery
Source critical parts, equipment, and consumables-fast, cost-effective, and always on point. Negotiate killer deals and long-term contracts that boost the bottom line.
Keep inventory tight-no overstock, no shortages, just smooth sailing.
ERP wizardry (Syspro users, step to the front of the line!)

Supplier Smarts
Lock down top-tier suppliers who deliver on quality, compliance, and timelines.
Build strong relationships that bust bottlenecks and keep things moving.
Monitor performance and tackle issues before they become problems.

Efficiency & Cost Crushing
Streamline procurement processes for max speed and zero waste.
Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to anticipate needs.
Slash costs without compromising quality or reliability.


Compliance & Control

WHAT YOU BRING:

Proven procurement chops in manufacturing (paper pulp or heavy industry? Big win!)
ERP mastery-Syspro experience is Sharp negotiating skills and vendor management finesse
Analytical mindset-cost-cutting and problem-solving are second nature
Calm under pressure and cool in chaos
Bonus: Forklift certified (or game to get trained!)


Experience & Education:
Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or equivalent experience
5+ years in manufacturing procurement
Track record of managing parts inventory and vendor contracts like a boss
