The Nurse Manager Telemetry and Critical Care will report directly
to the Chief Nursing Officer, providing vital leadership within the
unit. This role will collaborate closely with a team of charge
nurses and staff nurses, fostering an environment of collaborative
care. Effective communication and coordination with physicians and
allied health professionals are central to success in this role.
The Nurse Manager will be dedicated to providing leadership for 50+
FTES across 45 beds dedicated to Telemetry and Critical Care. The
Nurse Manager Telemetry and Critical Care will lead a team
including dedicated nurses, techs, and ancillary staff who are all
committed to providing professional and supportive care. Teamwork
and patient collaboration are the cornerstones of this
