General ManagerWe are looking for a General Manager to oversee the daily management of people and processes, ensuring success across financial, operational, sales, and administrative areas. This leader will focus on building a strong leadership team capable of effectively communicating departmental goals and driving results. Responsibilities include: - Collaborating with Raleigh construction, particularly the VP of Healthcare, to pursue construction opportunities. - Assisting in the recruitment and development of a skilled labor force. - Providing oversight and support for project scheduling and labor forecasting. - Maintaining open communication with the Raleigh construction team to align on new and timely project opportunities.This position offers the opportunity to lead operational excellence while playing a critical role in growing our construction presence in the market.
