What You'll Do:
- Ensure safety standards and a hazard-free work environment for
all personnel.
- Lead critical projects and maintenance activities aligned with
KPIs and business goals.
- Collaborate with teams across maintenance, manufacturing,
purchasing, and distribution to optimize operations.
- Manage repairs and projects to meet P&L objectives and budget
forecasts.
- Promote continuous improvement, cost reduction, and environmental
responsibility.
What You Bring:
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Expertise in electrical power and control systems, and a keen eye
for operational improvements.
- A passion for driving quality and safety across all levels.
- A proactive mindset, able to manage multiple priorities and meet
tight deadlines.
Your Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related
field.
- 3-5 years of experience in maintenance leadership and engineering
roles.
- Proven electrical engineering skills and a track record of
successful project management.
- Lean Six Sigma experience is a plus.
