Chemours is seeking a Manufacturing Technology Automation and
Process Control Engineerto join our growing Nafion--- ion exchange
materials team. This position will be available at our
Fayetteville, NC location and report directly to the Manufacturing
Technology Manager
This position provides technical expertise in one or more
technology areas and ensures safety, reliability, capability, and
productivity of the facilities. Develops improved process
instrumentation and control strategies which support improved
process safety, yields, plant capacity and uptime performance.
Mentors other engineers/chemists and assists in operations
training.

Pay Range (in local currency):
$81,715.00 - $127,680.00

Annual Bonus Target:
6%

oftotal compensation. Factorsconsidered in extending a compensation
offer include (but are notlimitedto) responsibilities of the
job,experience, knowledge, skills,and abilities, as wellas internal
equity, andalignment with marketdata. The incentive pay is
dependent on business results and individual performance and
subject to the terms and conditions of the specific plans.
