Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Implementation Engineer to
coordinate SaaS instance setups remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate technical details of the infrastructure to customers
and internal teams
Oversee the planning and completion of the customer implementation
process
Serve as the technical escalation point and collaborate on POC
solutions
Required Qualifications
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and
JavaScript
Experience with cloud computing platforms like AWS
Familiarity with telephony systems and contact center
technologies
3+ years of experience in development, integration engineering, or
SaaS/cloud-hosted solutions
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field
(preferred)
