Administrative CoordinatorPosition SummaryCatalent's Greenville,
N.C. facility specializes in end-to-end turn-key solutions for oral
solid dosage forms, including integrated formulation development,
analytical services, commercial manufacturing, and packaging. This

Coordinator will be responsible for handling a wide range of
administrative tasks to support the site and site leadership.--The
ability to work independently with little to no supervision is
required.--Flexibility and excellent organization skills are needed
to support the Site Leadership Team of diverse people and programs.
The Administrative Coordinator requires the ability to interact
with all levels of site personnel and site visitors with the
highest level of professionalism and confidentiality in a
fast-paced environment-sometimes under pressure, while remaining
flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient.--An expert level of
written and verbal communication skills, strong decision-making
ability and attention to detail are equally important.--The
Role
- Provide broad administrative support to the site, particularly
the Site Leadership Team (SLT) assigned to the Greenville, NC,
facility.--
- Assist in the management of site schedules and events which
includes scheduling with external and internal sources and
informing SLT of future schedule additions and modifications as
necessary.--
- Actively participate/lead assigned projects, while working
closely with stakeholders in assigned projects; determine necessary
resources to complete projects in a timely and efficient manner,
including cost management.--
- Coordinate travel arrangements for site interview candidates
and SLT as requested.--
- As requested by SLT, schedule, organize and coordinate
activities such as meetings, company trainings, employee events,
conferences and department activities, onsite audits, corporate
visitors and community visitors.--
- Develop new and lasting relationships with internal and
external customers through effective communication, messaging, and
follow up; operate as point of responsibility in assuring
hospitality needs are met of key visitors.--
- Maintain customer confidence and protects operations by
ensuring confidentiality.--
- Type and design general correspondence, charts, tables, graphs,
business plans, etc.; proofread copy for spelling, grammar, and
layout, making appropriate changes as necessary; responsible for
accuracy and clarity of final copy.--
- Assist with preparation needed for external customer and
stakeholder meetings.--
- Inspect office area and lobby for disrepair ensuring that site
looks presentable at all times; ensure all meeting rooms are in
order and well stocked with supplies as needed.--
- All other duties as assigned.The Candidate
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related
discipline with at least 2 years of related experience--OR
- Associate degree in Business Administration or related
discipline with at least 3 years of related experience--OR
- High school diploma with at least 4 years of related
experience.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment coordinating projects
and events preferred.--Individual may be required sit for extended
periods. Specific vision requirements include reading of written
documents and use of computer monitor screen frequently.----
- Individual may be required to sit, stand, walk regularly and
occasionally lift 0-15 pounds. Ability to access and move
throughout laboratory, production area(s) and office area(s) and
use the proper safety precautions as required. Ability to use
required office equipment. Specific vision requirements include
reading of written documents and use of computer monitor screen
frequently.--
